Usually not in a thrill-ride way. It moves slowly and the capsules are enclosed, but if heights already make you uncomfortable, being that high up may still feel more stressful than fun.

Is The Orlando Eye enough for its own outing?

Usually it feels better as part of a bigger ICON Park visit. Most families are happier pairing it with dinner, dessert, or another nearby stop than treating the ride by itself as the whole outing.
