Yes. Undercover Tourist was cheaper on every ticket we tested.

The return policy is another important difference
The lower price was not the only advantage we found.
Tickets purchased directly through Universal are listed as nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Qualifying Universal Kids Resort tickets purchased through Undercover Tourist currently fall under its 365 Day Return Policy. Eligible tickets may be returned for 95% of the purchase amount, with 5% retained for processing and fulfillment.
There are restrictions. The ticket must be unused, unmodified and returned before the selected start date. Expired tickets and tickets that Undercover Tourist no longer sells may not qualify.
That does not make the ticket fully refundable, but recovering 95% may be considerably better than losing the entire purchase if illness or another family surprise changes your plans.
Children do have a remarkable ability to develop mysterious symptoms the night before something expensive.
How do two day tickets work?
Two day Universal Kids Resort tickets must be used on two consecutive calendar days, beginning with the date selected.
A ticket starting on Saturday is valid Saturday and Sunday. You cannot visit on Saturday and save the second day for the following weekend.
Unused admission is forfeited, so do not let the larger discount talk you into buying a second day your family is unlikely to use. Spending more money on something you do not need is not actually saving money, no matter how attractive the percentage looks.
Can you still book stroller rentals and Troll-ify Me!?
Yes.
Undercover Tourist does not currently offer advance stroller rentals or the Troll-ify Me! experience, but you can still reserve those separately through Universal.
You do not have to purchase your park admission directly from Universal to book those add ons.
When we checked, ticket options that included a refillable souvenir cup were not available. Those bundles have been offered previously, so check the current ticket choices before purchasing.
